I lost my progress

ZighiRun saves on your phone and, if the phone has a Google Play Games (Android) or Game Center (iPhone) account, in the cloud as well, tied to that account. Reinstall the game on the same kind of phone, with the same account, and you find it all again at first launch: nothing to do, nobody to write to.

Between Android and iPhone saves do not travel: that is a choice, and this is its price. And without a store account the save stays on the phone only, so uninstalling loses it.

I want to erase everything and start over

No need to write: in the game open OPTIONS → TERMS & CONDITIONS and at the bottom of the page tap RESET ALL. It asks for a second tap to confirm, then deletes the cloud copy and the one on the phone, and the game starts again as if just installed: terms, notebook, first stop. It needs a connection, because the cloud copy has to go before the one on the phone; without one the button says so and deletes nothing.

The game will not start, or it stutters

Write in telling us the phone model, the system version and what you were doing when it happened. Without those three, a problem like that cannot be found.

How do I update the game?

From your phone's store, like any app. The game checks by itself, at start-up, whether a newer version is announced on the website: if there is one, a golden arrow with a green dot appears on the Home screen, top right under the notebook, and tapping it opens the store page. If you cannot see it, you already have the latest version.

Why am I seeing a promo for a book?

Because it is ours. Instead of other people's adverts, when you ask to continue a run or to hire the DRIVER the game shows you, for a few seconds, the book about how it was made: Two hands, one goal. Watching it is always your choice, not watching it takes nothing away, and the Discover the book button opens this website in your browser only if you tap it. The game contains no third-party advertising, uses no advertising identifiers and tracks nobody.

I want my score off the leaderboards

The first half you do yourself, right away. At the bottom of the LEADERBOARDS panel there is a line that says leave the leaderboards — one tap, and nothing more is sent. One more tap and you are back in, with your records climbing again without replaying.

The score you had already sent stays on the leaderboards service, which does not let the app delete it: that one I take down myself, at your request. On the game's TERMS AND CONDITIONS page there is REQUEST REMOVAL, which prepares the email for you; or write to me at info@zighirun.com quoting the save code shown on that same page.

The code is needed, and it is all that is needed: the leaderboards are played without an account, so the name you picked is not unique and would prove nothing — anyone could use it to have someone else's score removed. The code, instead, points at your row exactly, and only you can see it, from your phone.

If you never joined there is nothing to remove: a freshly installed game is out of the leaderboards and sends nothing to anyone.
