Terms and conditions
These are the same ones the game shows at first launch, word for word. They are here as well so that anyone who wants to read them again does not have to install anything.
What the game saves
Progress, records, settings and purchases are saved on your phone and, if you have a Google Play Games or Game Center account, also in the cloud, tied to that account: reinstall the game and you get them back. They do not cross between Android and iPhone. To delete everything, on the phone and in the cloud, use RESET ALL at the bottom of this page: there is no way back.
In the game, at the bottom of this page, there is the RESET ALL button: it asks for a second tap to confirm, then deletes the cloud copy and the one on the phone, and the game starts again as if just installed. Under it you also see the save code, which is only of use if you write to support: it is how the service recognises your copy. The service is Unity Cloud Save, by Unity Technologies.
Online leaderboards
You only take part in the leaderboards if you ask to: a freshly installed game sends nothing. You join and leave with one tap, from the LEADERBOARDS panel. While you are in, your score and the name you chose travel. When you leave nothing more is sent, but the score already sent stays on the service and remains visible: to have it taken down use REQUEST REMOVAL, at the bottom of the game's TERMS page, or write to us at info@zighirun.com quoting the save code the game shows on that same page. You can change the name any time from your profile.
The profile is optional
Gender and age range are only used for leaderboard statistics: you can leave them out and still play. The country comes from your device.
If you are under 13
Only the score is sent: no name, no country, no age. Talk to a parent before playing online.
Advertising
There are no banners and no third-party ads. To continue a run or hire the AUTOPILOT you can choose to watch a short promo of our own book for a few seconds: it is always your choice, and skipping it takes nothing away. The button to the book opens the zighirun.com website in your browser, and only if you tap it.
Purchases
Stars and gems are earned by playing. If one day they can be bought, the purchase will always go through your phone's store.
Updates
At start-up the game checks the website for a newer version, without sending anything. If there is one, a button appears on the Home screen that takes you to the store.
Play safe
ZighiRun is a made-up driving game: nothing you see here belongs on a real road. Take a break now and then.
By carrying on using the game you accept these conditions. You can find them again whenever you like in OPTIONS.
